Micro centrifuge with a preinstalled program for incubation, mixing and centrifugation of LoopampTM reaction tubes

The Pipette-60 Set is an essential tool for precision liquid handling in laboratory environments. Designed for versatility and accuracy, this set caters to a wide range of scientific and clinical applications. The set includes adjustable pipettes with a 60 µl capacity, providing consistent performance for sample preparation, reagent mixing, and analytical procedures.

Mandatory for HumaTurb C + A. The heating unit is used for the sample lysis with the LoopampTM PURE heating tube in combination with the HumaTurb system.

HumaTurb C+A is a scalable system for Loop-mediated Isothermal Amplification (LAMP) testing, designed for the detection of infections caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis Complex (MTBC), Malaria Pan, Malaria Pf, and Malaria Pv. The system employs real-time turbidity detection based on magnesium-pyrophosphate generated during amplification.

The HumaTurb C component handles setup and control of incubation time and temperature, ensuring precise amplification conditions. Amplification and detection occur in the HumaTurb A unit, enabling efficient and reliable pathogen screening. With its flexible configuration and ability to scale for varying throughput needs, HumaTurb C+A is ideal for both regional and reference laboratories.

HumaTurb A features preinstalled incubation settings for most Loopamp™ assays, allowing seamless amplification and detection in a single instrument. Its built-in printer, flexible USB data transfer, and automated result reporting simplify operations, while explicit fluorescence signal reading ensures reliable results within 1-2 hours. Ideal for regional and reference labs, HumaTurb A sets a benchmark for efficiency and precision in molecular diagnostics.
